Reserving Your Appointment
We encourage booking ahead.
Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. First time guests will be emailed a consent form before your service. Please be sure to complete this before arriving. It can be completed on your cell phone or on your desktop computer. Please do not print. We are paperless and do not keep paper forms on file. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time due to reservations following yours.
If you must cancel your appointment, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Wednesday reservations must be cancelled by the previous Friday. This gives us time to replace that reservation for our commission-based service providers. Cancellations without the above stated notice will be charged full service prices and charged to your credit card or deducted from your gift card.
Appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or another date.
Please mention any medical conditions or concerns that you might have when making your reservation and again to your service provider at the time of your treatment.
We advise that you wear something comfortable. Please do not use self tanner before your spa reservation.
We suggest leaving your jewelry at home. If you bring valuables with you, please make certain that these items remain with you as you travel from room to room. Spruce is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Returns and Exchanges
No refunds are given on spa services. Skin care products, candles, and aromatherapy are final sale and not returnable for return nor exchange.
Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates: Gift Cards/Gift Certificates are valid for regularly priced services (unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate.)
